Schlappen?

What I received was strung saddle hackle...plain and simple.There are 4 or 5 feathers among the estimated 35-40 in the package that are "mostly webby" saddles. All others appear to be no different than what you will find in a package of saddle hackle. I ordered the tan color. All other items in my order were as expected.
